After School Art Program
Program runs for 20 weeks on Tuesdays or Thursdays with options of weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly classes
Our program class time is very open and flexible. Each
class lasts 1.5-2 hours and can occur on a weekly, bi-
weekly, or monthly basis. Lessons include all supplies/materials. You choose how often you would like to attend. This way we can spend more/less in-depth time on specific
lessons. We do offer discounts for families with multiple
children enrolled. Recommended age is 10 and up.
Typically we have students come in after school from 3-5pm on either Tuesday or Thursday. However, we would like accommodate parents who wish to provide supplementary art instruction to their homeschooled child’s curriculum during
their regular school. Therefor, we are open to scheduling any hours
during the day.

Oil Painting
Learn how to stretch and gesso your own canvas. Become familiar with oil paint, its uses, and application to create various effects in this section.
Printmaking
Explore different printmaking techniques including creating multiples, mono prints, and screen printing your own canvas bag.
Sculpture
Different sculptural practices and techniques covered and explored in this section. Materials may include combinations of: wire, paper, or clay. Examine works of famous sculptors while learning to work with new materials in a three dimensional way.
Watercolor/Tie Dye
This section will mainly consist of practicing with different water color techniques while completing paintings and greeting cards. To end the school year and celebrate spring we will finish with a wearable tie dye project with colored dyes reminiscent of the translucent watercolors we’ve just finished working with
